GROUND MAINTENANCE WORKING-BEE to be held this Saturday, 15th November at ground 1, Memorial Park beginning at 9.00 am. All members, players, friends are asked to assist for an hour or two to help prepare the ground for next season. Goal mouth re-turfing, ground surface levelling and top dressing are the priorities. Barbeque to follow at about 12.30 for all workers. See you there.

The ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING of the Corrimal Rangers Football Club on Sunday 19th October was well attended. Reports from the President and Treasurer showed clearly that the Club had made considerable progress throughout the 2008 season. The Election of Office Bearers for 2009 was then held and the following members are to be congratulated on their success: President - Dennis Mavridis; Vice President - Michael Cappetta; Secretary - Ralph Wilkinson; Treasurer - Antonios Kinnas; Committee - Ken Flanigan, David Darby, Neville Townsden, Jenna Thompson, Peter and Beryl Dent.

Wet Weather game cancellations will be notified on local radio by the IFA. If Wollongong Council grounds are closed then other grounds (like Memorial Park) will be inspected by ground officials and team coaches/managers will be notified of their decision by 9:00am. If you have not heard anything by 9:30am, then assume all games will be on as usual or ring your coach to be sure.
